AZ Ghost Adventures: Historic Gila County Jail

The historic county jail on Oak Street in downtown Globe is famous on the paranormal investigation circuit; housing inmates from 1910-1981, could it be haunted by vengeful spirits of murderers who spent their finals days within the concrete and steel cells?

AZ Ghost Adventures says: "the Gila County Courthouse and Jail houses male and female spirits, adult and children spirits, sounds, voices, cold spots, footsteps, orbs, moving objects, full bodied apparitions and physical touching of living persons."

The century-old building was constructed on the site of the town’s original gallows; many believe the ancient concrete and steel structure is haunted by the troubled spirits of former inmates.
