Lean how to decorate cookies with Round Mountain Baking Company owner -- and artistic entrepreneur -- Cecelie Hudson, during this two-hour midday workshop at High Desert Middle School. Arranged by Exploring 4-H, registration is just $20 and is the same whether participants are currently enrolled in 4-H or not. Scholarships are available to low-income applicants.
