About the Event
Celebrate the end of Prohibition -- with 'Old Fashioned Music' on banjo and guitar by Courtney Odom and Douglas Berry July 1, Saturday, from 8:00 - 10:00 p.m. at the historic Miami Mercantile YMCA building. $10 admission per person includes a free drink; period attire is most welcome -- wear your Prohibition era duds and come join the fun! Berry describes the evening's set list as: "old fashioned, not to confuse it with 'Oldtyme' genre . . . we'll be playing and singing classic country and folk songs by artists such as: Don Williams, JimReeves, Willie Nelson, Kenny Rogers, Johnny Cash, and others."
