Tours begin at 6:00 p.m. when the first shuttle departs from the historic train depot in downtown Globe, bringing guests to the cemetery where re-enactors "bring the dead to life" on a slow-paced and easy walk. Tours last about 90 minutes; shuttles return guests back to the starting point at the depot. The cemetery path will be filled with theatre & musical performers in period style, depicting former residents with tales of their lives they once led and/or their untimely deaths. This year there will be a bonus opportunity to visit the 1910 Territorial Sheriff's office & jail, before or after your tour, just a short walk from the Depot and parking area. The last Cemetery Tour group will depart by 8:00 pm. Event updates are posted at:

The Cemetery Tour is NOT a ghost & ghoul tour.
Our tours are historical tours of the lands and times of Globe Arizona’s colorful past. We appreciate in advance the respect of our cemetery residents, and where they rest. Please stay on the designated path, wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, prepare for paved-incline walking, and although we use actor spotlights, please bring a flashlight for your evening comfort level. The tour path was originally designed for horse and buggy but is ADA wheelchair compliant. We will also have handicapped-only parking available at the cemetery on Jones/old Bones St. for your convenience. no other parking will be permitted at the cemetery for the evening. We DO NOT have the volunteers or wheelchairs etc. to guide those who need assistance, please plan accordingly for yourself or your group needs.
Restrooms available at the following locations:
1916 Train Depot
1876 Cemetery/portlets (base & hilltop)
1910 Jail/not for handicapped use.
