Gila County Cooperative Extension instructor David Flores will fire-up the laser for another creative class – on June 1, a Saturday, from 9:00 – Noon teaching youths to design and create ‘animal stamps’. Fee is $5 to register, and the first 8 youths to sign-up are guaranteed a spot.

Instructor David Flores demonstrates graphic design using Inkscape, followed by a chance for each learner to see their own finished design precisely etched by an OMTech 80 watt laser.
Saturday’s class is offered by University of Arizona Cooperative Extension Gila County; Instructor David Flores has been coaching High Desert Middle Schoolers on how to use 3-D printers and the OMTech laser.
