Gila County Fair
The Gila County fair opens Thursday and runs through Sunday, Sept. 25. Enjoy the carnival, exhibits, livestock auction and entertainment. It's family fun at its best.
Only a few more weeks to visit our own farmer's market. Go to the Farmers Market on Saturday to stock up on fresh and local grown goods. The bell rings at 8 am and closes at 11 am. So get there early to get first choice, because everything taste better fresh and home grown!

Did you know that our own Gila County historic jail was used until the 1980's, and that the cell doors were from the famous Yuma prison? Learn these facts and so many more interesting and spooky details on the second Saturday of every month from Noon to 4 pm when the historic 1910 Gila County Jail and Sheriff's office opens to the public.
Reconnect with Gila County History
Our community has so much colorful history. Check out the Gila County Historical Museum Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and on Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm. Whether you live here or are visiting, you are sure to learn something new.
